It will be European wide, so that websites from all EU countries are accepted. The name of the contest is Startup 2.0 and it will have several parts:
1. Proposals, which will be opened until May, 1st.
2. Initial selection, based on a Digg-like website for all projects, so that Internet users will be able to decide.
3. Final selection, based on presentations of the projects during an event which will be held in Madrid.
4. Final event, where the best 5 startups will be presented in front of a jury. The best 3 will obtain interesting prizes, as free advertising and business trips.
